About the Trainer

I'm a former athlete turned certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and healthcare tech executive living in San Diego, CA.

 

I launched the MaxFit program because I'm passionate about helping people get the results they're willing to work for.

This is a valuable blueprint that contains creative meal ideas that are:

Fitness

You will receive a new, personalized workout plan every month based on your goals, fitness level, and schedule.

 

Exercise descriptions, videos, and progress tracking will be included via App.

This plan includes calorie and macro tracking, healthy meal ideas, meal prep guidance and a grocery list.

NUTRITION COACHING

As a nutrition coach I'm hyper-focused on educating clients about making smarter and healthier food choices.

People with healthy eating patterns live longer and are at lower risk for serious health problems such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and obesity.

PERSONAL TRAINING

As a personal trainer I'm able to significantly increase your capacity to reach your fitness goals much faster and of course, safely.
